Our guide for Northern Ireland 4 days was Liam. This was a tour for the 4 of us created by My Ireland Tours. What a wonderful time we had! Eric was wonderful to work with when putting together our private tour. He planned it just right for the 8 of us, hitting all the major stops around Ireland. The accommodations they coordinated were nice as well, unique to Ireland and great locations which allowed us to walk to dinners each night.
Our guide Liam was superb. We had a great tour with My Ireland Tours. He was kind, considerate and fun to be with -- and was a terrific singer of Irish ballads! The size of the small bus is what made this tour work for us -- only 7 of us plus Ben. Much better than those big passenger buses. Hotels and food were great, but would have liked to spend more time in Galway and Killarney. Only one day, from Galway to Killarney, seemed too long in the bus, although part of that was due to nasty traffic. Had a great time and would recommend the small-sized My Ireland Tours to others -- it provided us first-timers a good sampling of southern Ireland.

The tour itself was fantastic. We travelled from Dublin, up north to Northern Ireland, along the west coast, down to Cork and back up to Dublin. The castles and hotels were the finest and it was relaxing to be able to stay 2 nights in each place. The days were full, but it was the only way to see as much as we did.

We really felt that we knew so much about Ireland when we finished our trip. There was free wifi on the tour bus, and plenty of room as there were 22 of us in the group and there was room for 35 on the bus. We made new friends and ate the most delicious meals. Tom took very good care of us, driving safely, taking care of our luggage and making sure we kept on schedule.
