An error has occurred. We've sent you an email so you can complete your subscription. I know Tuam as I've been there before mostly for family events. There are quite a few pubs. I ate in one The Brogue and the food was excellent and value for money. I stayed in The Coralea Court which is very central. Parking is not the best in The Coralea Court but I was one of the lucky ones. They don't have many spaces. Tuam is a nice place to stay and is central to many places to visit, I have been all over Ireland but come back to Tuam and The Ard Ri time after time, I find it friendly and the local people make you feel at home.
There are plenty of places nearby to eat, The Ard Ri being one of them, I would recommend anyone thinking of visiting The West of Ireland to visit this area. A lovely quiet town with friendly people. The corralea court hotel was a nice place to stay although the decor could do with an upgrade. Lumberjacks wood fired pizza restaurant is definitely worth a visit when in Tuam. Tuam is real Ireland, and a great stepping off point to visit Galway, the Connemara, Roscommon and Mayo.
It is full of history, and has a real buzz in and around Easy to walk around the town centre. You're never too far from a place to eat or a pub. Ate at the Bea Bella. Lovely food, reasonable prices and we had a very friendly and efficient waitress. The Brogue pub is good to watch sports on tv and has live music at weekends. List your property.
