Killaloe is in County Clare and any registered births, marriages and deaths would have been registered in the district of Limerick.
In Norah's case, she may have sailed from Killaloe or started her journey from there. If you could find more information about her and a possible naturalisation record or any information with parents' names,siblings,etc, that would help to narrow down the search.
