Very calm neighborhood. The kitchen has sufficient equipment. The location is good. Perfect location for what we wanted about 35 minute walk to RDS arena. Everything perfect other than towels being dirty in the room although I do believe it was an honest mistake by whomever clean the room as everything else was absolutely spotless. Bed very comfy, whole apartment block very quiet and warm. Room very clean and modern! Nothing - was good. Cooking facilities, had everything you needed.

Not far from village with pubs, shops and Tesco. Near to bus stop to get into town or about 30 min walk. The location was nice and quiet, but still there were restaurants and supermarkets very near. For us it was in a walking distance from the town centre, about half an hour on foot. The appartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed there to cook our own dinners and breakfast. Easy to get to town, warm. Excellent location within easy reach of City Centre. We had problems with the toilet not flushing, but then we discovered that it just took a really long time to fill back up.

Walking distance to everything. Water in toilet cistern running constantly - quite noisy. Met all our requirements. Well located to transport. Light, quiet and airy. Photos made it look a bit better than what it was. Hot water system a bit complicated. Bed a bit small. Hot water wasn't working for the few days we were there. Looked for instructions to turn it on but none were available. Two many switches on the walls not labelled. Great location, 20 minute walk to Saint Luke's hospital. Stayed in apartment 5. Room was lovely and clean. Bottles of water were left in the fridge for us on arrival.
Family had stayed in apartment 2 the week before and they had no complaints. The apartment feels very spacious with all of the natural light that comes through the large windows.
Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The noisy old shower and immersion heater that should really have been upgraded to something a bit more efficient and practical. There was some building work going on right outside, so we felt we had to keep the curtains drawn probably upgrading the other flats. Minor points -The TV remote was complex and the kitchen could have done with a dustpan and brush. Fairly quiet in a pleasant area with plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance. An easy 15 min bus ride into town.

The flat was nicely decorated and easy to get into following instructions. Good WiFi and storage, ideal for a couple. It had been well cleaned just before we arrived on New Year's day and there were some food supplies left for us.

A couple of minor items. All sockets were switched off, including Hot water timer, so no hot water when we went to shower the next morning. Did heat up quickly once we switched on timer, but was inconvenient. The instructions said the timer was on and the water was hot when we checked in.

Had to move bedside lockers to switch on sockets for lamps. Would also be useful to leave instructions on how to link up TV with Virgin Box, took us about 30 mins to figure out. Property was well equipped, bed was very comfortable and was easy to heat main room and hot water as needed. Lovely towels. Wifi was very useful. Information prominently displayed and the email information on codes and entry to the property very clear.
Location was great. Had to check out at and we could leave our suitcases only in the hall of the building, so we had to carry them all day long. More tissue paper would be nice, adaptors and instructions for the heating system. Clean, renovated. Nice and calm neighborhood.
